Christmas Gift Guide: Beauty

Christmas Gift Guide: Beauty
So this is the last of my gift guide and I decided to centre it around Beauty products for all those that are purchasing for those Beauty lovers.

The first type of products that would make a lovely gift is Makeup products whether its lipsticks, lipbalms or tint for those that don't wear much makeup. Some great lipstick choices are the new Chloe Lewis Lipsticks I have a full review coming on them with swatches but I have got to say I am loving the formula of them so far and they are so affordable. If you are purchasing a beauty product for someone that isn't that into lipstick another product that I am obsessed with at the moment is the Balm.com from Glossier I even ended up purchasing another one and I intend to own them all.

The one I've got in the photo is Cherry and its my absolute favourite because it smells amazing and helps my dry lips alot, especially around the winter the other flavours can be used on the skin such as the elbows, hands or other areas that are dry. To be totally honest regarding skincare you really cant go wrong with Glossier as a gift I've got a first impressions on their skincare if you want to have a read.

Another makeup item that makes a perfect gift for a makeup lover is a palette. Makeup palettes have a versatile number of colours to create a look or you can get a small one for on the go like this Joan Collin's Timeless Beauty Palette its got the perfect number of colours to create a glam look for on the go and the packaging is so elegant with just the perfect size that can even fit in your stockings. There's so many makeup palettes at the moment so your bound to find something for a friend or family member.

Furthermore, another gift I think that will be great in terms of the beauty side of things is makeup brushes I just think you can never have too much I am always happy to receive a makeup brush because its just nice to still have backups if they get old or your washing them or something. There's some really nice ones out there. I personally love Blank Canvas  at the moment there so soft and stylish that I am always happy to receive them whether as a gift or in a beauty box. I plan to buy a full set of them soon.

Nail polishes also make a great gift idea, I think you personally cant go wrong with  nail polishes. Leighton Denny are doing some seriously classy gift sets at the moment that you can purchase as a gift or use as stocking-fillers. I am currently wearing the red colour and the formula is lovely will definitely purchase a set for my friend since they have a wide variety of colours and there so affordable.

What I have been noticing during this Christmas is that a lot of brands are so creative when it comes to their Christmas gift selection. I have seen some seriously creative gifts from Bloomtown and Mad Beauty.

For instance Bloomtown are currently doing baubles that you can add products from their range to and I am just obsessed with this gift idea especially since you can hang it on the tree and then someone can find a gift inside. There products are absolutely amazing where scent and quality are concerned. They do suger scrubs, clay mask, salt soak, they've got some new vegan lip balms that I cant wait to get my hands on. Another thing I love about their brand apart from the quality is they are also affordable, palm oil free, vegan and cruelty free. Use the code TASLYN20 to get 20% off your order my badge can also be found on the sidebar.
Christmas Gift Guide: Beauty

Not even sure where to start with Mad Beauty because they keep surprising me when it comes to the creativeness of their gifts and there is so much facinating Christmas items. For instance those cute gold  snowflakes have vanilla lip balm in them and they've got strawberry flavour. They've even got lip gloss baubles in caramel, strawberry, cherry  and vanilla flavour and a snowman and robin lip-balm duo. I just think that grownups and kids are going to love receiving these as a gifts. I really cant wait to put the bauble in my bag and pop it open to apply to my lips at work  I am obsessed with all of them.

Christmas Gift Guide: Beauty

And just when I was torn between using them or having them as my Christmas blog props for every Christmas post I found a luxury bath salt and a hand cream in a cracker in strawberry flavour. Mad Beauty just take all my money for Christmas because when it comes to affordable fun loving Christmas gifts you take the crown. I am not surprised that their website has a high number of orders because these products are not just unique but they smell amazing. I was even looking at their website today and they've got novels with beauty products inside and soda cans. I plan to just write a list of everything and make a big order because I am having a Christmas Party and it will be nice to have the guest pick out their items from the stockings and these items are perfect for that.
